
The Albertville Senior Citizens Center is housed in the historic train depot in downtown Albertville and welcomes senior citizens Monday through Friday for activities & fellowship. In addition to bingo, singing, puzzles, table and cards games, they host speakers on various topics and take field trips throughout the year to points of interest. Anyone 60 years of age or older is welcome at the Center and transportation is available upon request.
Lunch is served at 11:00 a.m. each weekday and a $1.00 donation is accepted but not required.
Homebound Meal Program
Hot lunches are also delivered to homebound seniors each weekday. To qualify, you must:
· Be 60 years of age or older
· Live in the city limits of Albertville
· Be unable to cook for yourself
· Be willing to answer some questions regarding your abilities
