Special Event Permit Application

All Special Event Permits should be submitted to the City Clerk for approval no less than two weeks prior to the scheduled event. If you have questions concerning obtaining a Special Event Permit, or what type of event requires a permit, please call City Hall and speak with our City Clerk. 

If you are ready to submit your Special Event Permit, you may do so by printing and submitting a Special Event Permit Application by fax, mail or walk in, or online by filling out our Special Event Permit Form.
